Yoga at Folkets hus in Tärnaby
Yoga for the mind and body. Starting off with a short meditation and after that continues on focusing on breathing and strenghtening the body through asanas (positions). The session is suitable for most and can be adapted to your own level. Yoga mats and blankets are avaliable for use.
